It's been a long time dream to snow shoe to Dream Lake in Rocky Mountain National Park during the spring thaw as it would reveal reflections of Hallet Peak after a snowfall. I took a chance this past week and headed up for a quick overnight trip to RMNP. I started on the trail snow shoeing up before sunrise...a challenge I hadn't anticipated given unforeseen circumstances in my life right now. I just kept my focus on the goal ahead and this amazing scene that unfolded before me. May you all find peace and joy in your life and appreciate the simple moments in life.
