Sunset along Snodgrass trail in Crested Butte a couple weeks ago. It's the beckoning of lingering light and beauty in nature that keeps me coming back to these scenes. I'm grateful to be able to chase light like this and to document the changes of season, especially here in Colorado.
I described the previous one to my son, who lives in New Mexico and vacationed in Colorado. Haven't seen any of his photos yet. He's planning to go back in the fall.
