From our evening walk at our favorite little riverside park- Olmstead Outlook. I saw my first butterfly too, a Monarch, but I had only brought my short lens.
What gorgeous light on the beautiful little flowers. Love the centers of them - ours seem to have more red in the middle. Love how they show up against the darker background.
