The website I went on to find information about this water tower said that there was a plaque. After much searching, high and low, there is no plaque!
However, I did take the time to snoop around a bit. The door was locked but I did look in the windows. There are pipes, and valves, and pumps inside. It was a water tower at one time, so I imagine that the door and windows were added once it was decommissioned.
