I ran to grab my camera when I saw this little guy in our oak tree just outside my living room window. I was willing him to turn around and look at me - it didn't happen!
Note to self - must put up some bird feeders in convenient places.

Lovely marking around his tail What is it do you know? It looks a bit like a jay that we have over here. Bird feeders are great for photography by the way.
