I spent an enjoyable evening at the park with my daughter and two grandsons.
This was the first time I seriously worked on a techniques challenge where I researched what needed to be done, actually remembered some of the tips, and applied what I learned to get the effect.
I think it I may have it! (Although there isn't as much rim light as I would like)
Enjoyed he challenge very much. Thank you, Kathy @myhrhelper for the great challenge.
This is 100% adorable!! Those kids are so sweet but I must say I don't think little brother approves of what his sister is wearing LOL You did very well and it is beautifully backlite
@myhrhelper Thanks, Kathy, once again for the great technique. It helped me concentrate and notice light - and the opportunities there are to use it to our advantage.
fav x 100. love this shot! THANKS for the tip on changing settings. No I didn't know that and I will be using it for sure. That's exactly what I was wishing for!!! Thanks too for your continued support. You are probably the closest geographically and it's always nice to have at least one person who can relate to life in our neck of the woods, albeit a couple of hours away!
ps Stay cool today, 33 degrees expected!
@sunnygreenwood
I also appreciate your faithful follow and comments.
I didn't think you knew that little tip - now you can post a full month at a time if you wish - happy posting!
@bkbinthecity Thank you for the follow! Hubby was in the military, and we were posted in Cold Lake in the late 80s, early 90s so we know Edmonton well. Still mad at Peter Puck for trading the Great One - there will never be another Wayne Gretzsky!
Thanks, guys, for your faithful follows and comments. Truly appreciated!
