Photo Shoot Fun with Selective Focus

Tuesday morning was such a nice, warm late summer day with a stiff enough breeze to make macro shots of flowers impossible.
I spent probably far too much time wandering our property and experimenting with B&W as well as selective focus.
This is a memory shot - and a practice shot for selective focus.
It is also a filler because last night's night time shots were not very good. Would love to use a stronger word to describe them!
great job on this selective focus. The depth of field works so well around this central focus point. Nice setting to shoot this in with so much soft color and shapes around the clear focus and hardness of the camera

I like this ... two worlds combined, the camera representing you and the beautifully blurred background symbolising the wider world of nature.

Beautiful focus on the camera on its own in the woods, good to see all the softness round that hard camera.

You got the focus on the camera perfectly. Such a pretty background with the greens and yellows and whites

A really lovely way to take the photo of the camera. It helps you forget the frustration of last night:)

I like it. A camera "in situ", or in the wild.
