Squirrely Texture

It seems as if it is never going to stop snowing! And I know that this squirrel, one of the over 20 we have hanging around, agrees. And, as a matter of fact you can see a silhouette of another one through the pexiglass pane of this feeder.
I know that some people hate feeding the squirrels but I don't mind. As my husband says, they have to make a living too.
So, my kitchen is open just as long as they do not do any damage to the feeders.
Aw bless the little thing. It's easy to forget about the little animals when the weather turns bad. Hope he has somewhere nice and warm to huge away when he's finished scavenging 😊 Lovely image 😊

So cute.

I'm sympathetic too. It's all part of the animal chain, species sharing habitat, climate, food needs etc. Meanwhile species are different and Nature ensures the survival of the fittest.

I bet they are grateful to you as well. Poor little thing all covered in snow, looks so cold - fab capture Wendy, especially like how you caught the reflection of the second squirrel.

Great shot. I can see that he is ready for the snow to stop also.
