Strawberries and Cream for Valentines

There is no sweeter way to start your day than with strawberries and cream on cereal!
And, it works perfectly for today's Flash of Red!
As an aside note, this 'No White Dogs' mug is my favourite mug. It was given to me as a thank you gift when I looked after a friend's home when they went to Prince Edward Island, Canada for vacation.
PEI is famous for its deep red clay and the potatoes produced in it. However, the clay sticks to everything, hence there are no white dogs to be found in PEI - they are all stained red!
