Wild asters certainly look pretty in the pasture but they are so invasive and soon take over the whole pasture.
And, cows do not eat them with their long, woody stem and tough, spikey leaves. Only bees and butterflies seem to appreciate the flower.
Hubby hates them - and uses foul language when he sees them!
