Framed

Went out on a night shoot with a friend hoping to catch a full moon shot but the moon was playing hide and seek behind the clouds.

So, we headed to the ruins at St. Raphael's rather than waste a perfectly good night. The windows on the other side of the church walls were framed so nicely by the arch windows on the near side.

Perfect for the get-pushed challenge where I was asked by Angie, @angiedanielle24 to take a shot through an interesting frame ; it could be a window, archway , door, anything you fancy.

Also works for week 31 of the 52 week challenge of frame within a frame where another classic compositional tool is to frame the subject within the frame of the image. Use this technique this week to tell your story.
Works well for both cocepts and a great photograph.
