Steamed

We cleaned the barn today. And that is the royal 'we' because I did not do much except empty the water and feed troughs!
I told the boys who we had recruited to help us how steaming it would get in the barn with the heat from the manure pack mixing with the cold air from outside.
It got so steaming that the boys on one side of the barn could not see the boys on the other side less than 20 feet away!
But - the barn is once again nice and fresh and clean for the moms and babies in there.

Yes - the boys did work up a bit of a sweat today! One said that his eyebrows froze when he stepped outside after the job!
