It was very foggy when I woke up but I did not think much about it but when school buses were cancelled once again due to freezing rain, I rushed out to the closest train track hoping to get a shot of a train emerging from the fog.
Well - fog had disappeared by the time I got there and rain got on my lens making the bokeh around the lights.
So - I will enter this into the technique challenge - creative bokeh - even if the bokeh is unintentional!
