AC - Ernst Haas

I really enjoyed looking through the work of Ernst Haas, who used such a wide variety of techniques on a wide variety of subjects. He could not, and would not be boxed in as a photographer.
He was a portrait artist, landscape photographer, a photojournalist, and a commercial photographer.
This shot is my attempt to replicate an Untitled work of his that can be found here:

Hello~! As you know, I am your get pushed partner for this week. This is my second attempt and the second thing that came into my head, but it makes more sense!!

Ok, i'd like you to capture a photo of a mundane object that is important to you, while at the same time trying to convey why that object is important.

If you'd like something else or anything i'll gladly pick something else! :D

That is an awesome challenge!
As you can tell, I am just getting back into 365 and this challenge is definitely do-able for me.
