Well - I have decided that sitting around and moping will not get my mojo back. It really does not matter that it is November and winter once again with the shorter, darker, and gloomier days.
(Can you tell I am not a fan of winter?)
So, I went looking for abstract subjects for the challenge - and this is what I came up with at the last moment.
Will get my mojo back even if it means kicking myself in the butt regularly!
It looks a bit like chocolate ripple icecream! I like winter Wendy, strange isn’t it! Not as keen when we had to go out in the dark & milk cows though!
@farmreporter I like your shot as well as your comments. I too feel the same regarding the seasons. I am more of a summer and spring kind of person. I am struggling to find that creative flow. Maybe I too should try something different to get the mojo back 😀.

I’m seasonally depressed by an absence of light, so oddly when I fill my house with Christmas decorations the depression abates for awhile. Love any and all light, which is why this picture caught my eye, deep jewel tones that seem to glow
Hi! We are get-pushed partners for the coming week. I note that you are an experienced get-pushed player whose phojo is sadly lacking these days. I also know that you generously work on the monthly word lists and weekly sh*t list, both of which are so helpful to so many 365r's. Sort of along these lines, your challenge, should you choose to accept it, is to go to the National Day Calendar which can be found here: https://nationaldaycalendar.com/november-overview/
and pick a daily (from November 26 through December 2) or, if you prefer, monthly observance to use as the subject for a photograph. For example, November 30 is National Mason Jar Day, so you could use a mason jar as your subject. It is also Stay Home Because You are Well Day, and you could check out that "observance" and use it as a subject. Or, if you prefer, there are lots of monthly observances, such as NoSHAVEmber where you could use a beard or mustache for your subject.
Anyway, your challenge is to use one or more of these daily or monthly observances as a prompt for a photograph. Since our challenge runs into the first two days of December, feel free to have a look at those observances too if you find them more interesting (National Pie Day and National Mutt Day) as well as Cookie Cutter Week and National Tie Month among a few!
Really hoping that using one or two of these observances as a photo prompt might help spark a flame of phojo, but if this is too general or broad or you'd prefer a different challenge, just let me know and I'll set another.
@aecasey
so sorry I am late issuing your challenge - my mother had a hard attack on Monday and so I spent the day travelling to British Columbia. She got out yesterday so I am now at my sister's house visiting.
Your challenge is wonderful. I will issue your challenge shortly.
Thank you!
I see you have a lot on your plate at this time. I to am a caregiver to my husband as he recuperates from foot seven weeks of convalescence. It has been hard to fit in a photo challenge. If you are up to it, my challenge to you is to capture the ordinary/every day in an extraordinary way. https://www.digitalphotomentor.com/make-the-ordinary-look-extraordinary-photography-challenge/

Lynda - I am going to try to do your wonderful challenge. And thank you for the link.
I find it difficult to balance spending time on the computer (and ignoring my family) with visiting.
I feel guilty when I am on computer - and when I am not! Hope this makes sense!
Thank you for the follow, comments, and favs!
