There is a War of 1812 Re-enactment held every September at the Glengarry Pioneer Museum with people in period costumes living lives as they would in that time period.
This boy was actually getting lessons on running a forge and making a short chisel.

Wendy, you’re getting quite good at people photography. This is a super portrait here. For your get pushed challenge, how about doing a faceless portrait. It can be a self portrait if you want. Anything that tells something about the person portrayed, or the situation in which the photo was taken, without showing their face.
That is a good idea and great photo. For your Get Pushed challenge what do you think of photographing the season where you are? I hope you can return the favour by challenging me to something.
