This is a stencil paper cutter that my girls used way back when. It has been sitting in a craft bucket unused for ten years or more.
Just realized that I can use it for the macro heart challenge - and maybe use it for make heart bokeh for the black and white challenge as well!!
You never know what uses you will find when you dig a little deeper.
