My daughter was hoping to see some mountains when she was here on a quick visit but the weather did not cooperate. It was so cold and cloudy with a bit of snow as well.
But I did take her for a bit of a tour anyway and saw this lady hanging out in the sagebrush looking for a bite to eat.
She was one of three moose we saw (she was the closest to the road though). We also saw elk (too far away), coyotes (too skittish) and a whole herd of deer (on a curve on the road).
So - long story short - this is the only shot I could enter in the Non-domestic animal challenge!
