Rust has the habit of turning once strong and solid utilitarian objects into hazardous waste. This rust was found on a 1946 3-ton Chevrolet tow truck that has been sitting in front of a garage built in the 1860s. Both truck and garage have seen better days.
I have done a study on rust on this vehicle already, but always seem to get drawn to it when rust comes around in another challenge once again.
I think I have managed to show how rust manages to erode metal over time better in this shot than my previous one.
Practice makes perfect.
Thanks for your comments. It means that I have been successful at catching the rusty feel!
