The traditional method of testing whether the maple syrup has been boiled enough is to allow it to drain out of the ladle to see if it will thread. This is almost ready!

David @yrhenwr I have been thinking a lot about what you have said about abstract and how we are to 'see' it and capture it without using a lot of post processing.
I did do some post processing here but only to complement the photo but the processing did not significantly change the intent of the photo.
I think this is what you mean!
