A very apt caption. it is silvery, from the closest foreground to the far horizon and it's very beautiful. i really like the reflections in the wet sand and the lazy wave taking forever to roll over, wearing the flying spume as hair....
@ivan Thank you! This was taken just outside of Folkestone where the light is magical. @jorlam I love your description, thank you! It was such an afternoon of contrasts - rain over the channel, thick grey clouds over much of the sky overhead and these wonderful splashes of silver light where the sun was trying to break through
