Real Raindrops by fbailey

Real Raindrops

Today I tried to play with fake raindrops and my neighbours' clematis. The flowers were a little too high to get very close to, so I tried with a stepladder. There was a slight breeze and the results were not good. This evening the wind had dropped, it had rained and with my phone camera I didn't need a ladder ...
This is such a pretty picture

Beautiful photo and, shortness pays off, because it resulted in an interesting pov. Works really well with the pale, greyish sky.

@777margo @joansmor @kwind @gardenfolk @dawnee @tibles @lynnz @redandwhite @gijsje @hermann @peadar @littleconnie Thanks for your lovely comments, always appreciated:)
@peadar The only risk assessment was to ask my neighbour if he minded me trying to capture his flowers - the fence is quite high and I would wonder what was going on if I saw a camera appear out of the blue, he might have thought I was casing the joint! Also his dog is a big lad with a bark to match:)
