This was taken from the inside of one of the derelict bunkers left over from WWII up on the Western Heights hills on Dover's perimeter. Every time we go past I'm drawn to take a picture. Today was no exception and the bright sunlight outside and falling on the floor emphasized the darkness of the interior.
this is great. ooh that darkness! love the light on the floor from the windows. the contrast is amazing through the window. fav . even though there is light in i can feel the chill
