Scarlet Petals

I've been looking high and low for poppy fields but without success. Yesterday I spotted several patches of them in the distance at local farm. So today I went in hot pursuit (and it was very hot indeed)! Not enough of them to make the statement I'd hoped so I concentrated on an individual.
