These young birds made such a racket telling a couple of greedy starlings to get out that I was able to sneak open the door and get a crafty shot. With a bit of processing I'm rather pleased that such a zoomed shot from my camera actually looks like 3 birds rather than 3 blobs!
So honoured that many of you took the time to see and comment on my shot of May Day yesterday - thank you so much! It's always lovely, and quite a rare event in Britain nowadays. We usually have morris men accompanying the procession and doing a spiel, and they teach the children some of their dances - we call it Junior Sticks!
Excellent shot! I love the detail and how close you can get. I don't have any bird feeders so no birds for me with the exception of the robin I try to follow... Great shot! I love this!
