Giving blood tonight so this seemed particularly apt! I haven't seen many hearts around in Bedfordshire this month so I've made my own, all dear to me one way or another! This is table confetti, no idea where it came from, but I guess it shows how even half a heart can become whole with a little help!
Gosh almighty you folk are just stupendously marvellous calling by and leaving charming comments on my sunflower/feather shots. Thank you all from the bottom of my ♥!! :)
Really nice! Good luck with the giving blood - I tried to last week but they rejected me as they couldn't find a single vein that was worth trying to stick a needle into! Going to try again tomorrow but don't exactly have a good track record .... :)
@katharinehubbard Oh dear...what a shame. I am lucky as I have very thin skin and my veins virtually stand out! I used to give but became too anaemic, so now when I go I always keep my fingers crossed. Better luck tomorrow :)
It's really important to drink a lot of water the day before. That's what they told me when they had a hard time with my veins. Bravo Phil. "Lovely" shot.
Really nice job, and I chose hearts as my same shape, found out like you that they aren't as common as you'd expect. Probably should have done this in February.
Clever idea - good on you for donating blood...l too get anaemic when l donate blood, l wasn't recovering properly inbetween so after 50 donations my Dr. said l wasn't to donate anymore !!
