I was tickled by this... I had paused by the tree and just had time to lean over George (in the passenger seat) and stick my hand out of the window with camera pointing up and click - hopefully at the blossom. Bingo! Gave it a two-tone tint for the challenge thingie (seeing as I'm up on the label-4-april challenge) and rather liked it.
Today was fun - the kids and I annihilated the old sofas, literally stripping the fabric (the council recyles textiles) and chopping up the wood for a bonfire this evening or trip to the tip tomorrow. The neanderthal is strong in us. (Axes are such fun and I'm considered so cool for buying one...!) Lets hope the new settees really do come on Tuesday! It was mixed emotions but as they were threadbare in places and around 24 years old I decided it was time to let go. Found lots of pennies, toys and zillions of sweet wrappers down the cushions but alas not the thing I had been searching for...
Enough rabbiting - just awake long enough to thank you all so sincerely for your lovely comments / views on my river-shot yesterday. I think the canoeist saw me and veered to the side rather than go directly underneath the part of the bridge where I was standing with the camera - shy or perhaps aware of his best side? Have a marvellous week everyone :)
Rabbit all ya want! I never tire of reading what you have to say. This is a fantastic shot and I do hope your new furniture arrives because what will you sit on??? That's cool the council recycles. And yes, I know what the council is and I know what rabbit is! Great job on your photo, Phil! :)
