White Lilac by filsie65

White Lilac

..Thought it was a sin to get rid of the beautiful blue sky, but I guess it made it look even whiter & more striking? Had to zoom in to this cluster, quite high up, but the smell was heavenly, and pausing a moment was no problem! For black & white Wednesday.
Chuffed pink by the fact that so many folk called by for a closer look at my shots, and even maybe left sweet messages for me. Thank you - my Mum is apparently doing well and how could it be otherwise with so many good wishes! BTW I think I'm right in saying that the geese are kept at the cathedral in the 14th century cloisters, as Saint Eulalia kept geese and was but 13 when she died. The whole story is awful, but they made a quaint memory.
Enjoy the rest of your week :)
Beautiful Phil. Black and white is never a sin in my eyes. Perfection. Fav!

Lovely shot, Phil! :) I'm still seeking a white lilac tree around here... I know there are some. Just need to find it! The detail in this shot is brilliant. I can just imagine how nice it smelled. Great job!
