Well having missed out on capturing the wonderful dawn panoramic views I went into the garden in search of something worth snapping in the sunshine. Found this - a tiny shoot and homed in on it with the sunshine behind it. My good 365 friend Helge @helstor did a series of 'signs of spring' - I think winter is still ahead of us this year but we've passed the shortest day so I'll be optimistic and follow his example.

Cute little shoot and nice DOF. This morning I noticed that the tulip bulbs I planted in December have shot up above the soil line in the pots on the front steps. You've inspired me to go grab a couple shots of them now ---they should be in full bloom in about 3-4 weeks!
