I was walking along, with camera in pocket when overhead swoops a red kite. Found it really hard to track it and zoom in with the P&S but in the end managed to get a couple of shots without any body parts missing or branches/roofs in the way. My get-pushed challenge this week from Sheralee was to use negative space... does this count?
If so it's a bit jammy - been trying to get a shot of a red kite forever and this was meh in the extreme, did all sorts of etsooi and still have hopes of seeing one when I have my 'viewfinder' camera with me...

Well, I think it really is smashing, lol... love your accent (or how it sounds in my head ;-) ) I feel your pain trying to focus on a bird in flight, any that I have caught have just been happy accidents. Great use of negative space Phil!
