And what a dazzling view it was! The chance to climb an active volcano and peer inside was too strong to resist despite all that my aching legs and pounding heartbeat told me...! The shine of that blue sky against the Bay of Naples was a glorious reward!
-Escaped England for a few days with friend Sue to celebrate our 50ths, Italy proved to be a fine place to go :)
