I'm not entirely convinced by this... but I said I'd try something different for Special Effects Sunday and this was about the most different I could see. Mixture of pencil sketch and sepia with a touch of colour. If I added much more colour it lost the pencil sketch effect.
Oh, and yes, I haven't deleted any people, it really was this empty. Misty and deserted and a bit odd to be honest. I went as a 'professional kindness' but ended up glad that I won't need to be racing back...!
