A few weeks back I posted a shot of this field when it was just soil... it's just stubble in this shot, what a difference a few weeks makes! (I understand that the harvest was early this year but the yield well down... due to the heatwave of course. ) It was one of the few views I enjoyed on the way home all those months..

Very pretty Phil but I notice there is no hedge along the edge of the field! I suppose that could be quite normal in an arable area. The yellow stubble is a lovely colour!
