Mr and Mrs Timber turned up to the tri-annual Bakewell Tart Eating Contest today, held in my kitchen at the start of each term when my flatmate comes back from holiday with a pack of Bakewell Tarts in her suitcase. As you can see, Mr Timber won hands-down while Mrs Timber preferred to take more lady-like bites of hers.

A little humor, especially at time of studying is refreshing. Mr. Timber reminds me of my husband, who during the last war as a child with five siblings tried to eat real fast to be first in line for seconds (if there were any) and who can't drop that habit..he is always the first one finished with an empty plate in front of him while we're still enjoying our meal.
