Ponies

Yesterday my son was lucky enough to be invited to a birthday party at a petting farm, where we fed sheep and goats, along with seeing chickens, cows and ponies. This turned out to be the best shot of the day. The pony on the left, I believe is an Exmore Pony and the other two in the photo are Miniature Shetland Ponies.

I have always had a love of horses and ponies, and used to imagine, as a young child, I had a pony that could shrink so it would fit in my pocket. That way it could go anywhere with me... these Miniature Shetland Ponies are almost small enough to fulfil my dream!
