Armed Forces Day Parade, York

Yesterday,I was fortunate enough to catch the parade of the Yorkshire Battalion in York.

This part of Parliament Street also had a range of army vehicles and activities for youngsters of all ages to to try.

There were a number of events leading up to the day, including a "wear your uniform to work day" for reservists and the Territorial Army.
