Wendover Buildings

As Ian (my Dad) is visiting me this week we decided to go on a day out to look round one of the local towns close to where I live. Wendover is a market town and is located at the foot of the Chiltern Hills in Buckinghamshire. It has a lot of history relating to the town including having a Royal charter to hold a market once a week dating back to 1464. This is a picture of some of the buildings along the main road into Wendover and it includes an antiques shop. The Antique shop is at the far end of this picture in the distance, and was originally the post office. There are lots of attractive buildings in Wendover, however this was the best shot, as shortly after I took this picture rain set in!
