La Tour Montparnasse

I thought I'd end my mini-series of shots from La Tour Montparnasse with a shot of the tower itself. Historically, this site housed the Montparnasse train station, but this was demolished and an urban renewal of the area took place. This building was inaugurated in 1973. Today, it holds 5000 employees and 1,200,000 visitors visit annually - Lucy

I know that many (the majority?) of Parisiens intensely dislike La Tour Montparnasse but I think it's a spectacular landmark for the city - nice capture, your PoV works well here.
