You Can't Park it There!

Well, I couldn't resist the novelty of this one. There are all kinds of different things to see in the centre of York, but this is the first time I've seen part of a car mounted on a wall! This gem can be found close to the centre of York, along one of the side streets running down towards the River Ouse.

It looks like the rear of a Robin Reliant three wheel car, as made famous in the TV program 'Only Fools and Horses'

I've no idea how long this has been there, but when Katharine and I had taken our shots, one of the staff from the restaurant across the road said that he hadn't noticed it before.

Thank you all for your comments and favs, they are much appreciated. Despite further research I haven't been able to find out anything more about this car, or the reason it was put high on this wall, but it did brighten up our day!
