Pont Neuf by fishers

Pont Neuf

Pont Neuf is the oldest standing bridge across the Seine in Paris. King Henry III laid the first stone in 1578, though several changes in design meant that the completed bridge wasn't inaugurated until 1607.

This bridge has appeared in several films, and gave its name to the French film 'Les amants du Pont Neuf'. It's a busy bridge that links both sides of Paris with the Ile-de-la-Cité (the little island with the Notre Dame on) that sits at the heart of Paris - Lucy
Great capture of this iconic bridge. Are you back in Paris, Lucy, or just visiting? Fav.
