Another shot from the shelter of my home, and here we see a pigeon on the drive of the house on the opposite side of the road from us.
After heavy rain two days ago the skies have remained cloudy with a threat of rain, but we have had very little actual rain. My afternoon walk today was much cooler than it was a few days ago, but we are promised better weather over the weekend.

We seem to be seeing more wildlife since the lockdown, and it is becoming less afraid of people. Apparently a goose has nested on the main concourse at the railway station and laid four eggs.
