Summer returned with a late burst of heat over the last couple of days, with temperatures of up to 30C. I have to admit I prefer my summer a little cooler so I can still be active. My wish is about to come true with a return to cooler wetter conditions from tomorrow.
This shot was taken a couple of weeks ago. The hot weather has not brought good sunsets with it.
Totally with you there, wayyy too hot for me too. But nice to have a burst of warmth before Autumn sets in. Lovely sky. Winter sunsets soon. They are usually the best

And to those of you enduring very high temperatures, you have my sympathy. After a couple of day our heatwave is now coming to an end, with lower temperatures today and the threat of thundery rain at any time.
