Well, here we are, Christmas Day, and the excitement here has been at fever pitch. We have our youngest daughter Lucy and her family with us for a few days, so it is a very hectic day.
This photo isn't a recent one, it dates back to July 2019 and was taken in Christ Church, Harrogate. It is an image that takes us to the heart of the Christmas message, the beating heart of a newborn baby who would grow to be one of the best known people in the world, and who would change the course of history.
A very early post today, since I expect to be busy playing with my youngest grandchildren for a lot of today.
It remains for me to thank you all for your help and support and to wish you a very Merry Christmas!
