Planter

A few days after our visit to Beverley, we had a trip to Selby, to visit yet another church that we hadn't visited before, as well as spending a little time in Selby Abbey.

While walking between the two churches I spotted a selection of differently styled planters outside a large and attractive building that has been converted to apartments. I particularly liked this one, with the butterfly placed hovering above the flowers.

Sometimes it is the little things in life that add beauty, and I thought this planter was a great example of that.

Sorry for the later than usual response, I have been chasing steam locomotives today and haven't been home very long. More of that quite soon when I've had chance to sort all the photos.
