Bakers Framed

The bakers from Fleet Street
Made this delicious treat
Young and old liked to eat.

Their appearance was rough,
But although they looked tough
They were lovely enough.

Then they must have been framed,
As the poor dears were blamed
For all the victims maimed…

Thus broken were their hearts
As how could they make tarts
Without those body parts?
