Rhubarb and orange

Visited Mr and Mrs Day (fellow 365ers) for coffee yesterday and was served the most delicious rhubarb and orange muffins. Lovely to see them both and catch up face to face. Mrs Day kindly gave me the recipe (and some rhubarb) and I'm hoping mine turn out to be just as tasty!

I often cook rhubarb with orange - one of my favourite combinations. I bet yours were every bit as tasty. The ingredients are looking good.
