That is really close in. We used to make elderflower wine with Dad when we were children (although we didn't get to drink it). As dad isn't much of a wine drinker, I wonder why we didn't discover the recipe for elderflower cordial, which I do rather enjoy. Lovely capture of these lovely little flowers just coming through.
In Sweden it is common to make "saft" from the flowers. Flowers, sugar and lemon set for at couple of days and then you pour it into bottles. Mix with water to drink (or Vodka). Perfect for hot summer days.
