Thanks so much for the lovely comments and favs. It was a windy day and the young kookaburras feathers were being blown around, but he still just sat there and posed beautifully

Thank you, they're not actually eyelashes but long darker feathers near the eyes. I did love the 'eyelash look' in this shot though
