Calm before the storm

(cell phone picture) Several storms: After such quiet and patient sitting, there was of course a storm of activity. This led, somehow, to Peanut getting something lodged in his mouth. He became quite frantic trying to fix things. After we got home, he managed to dislodge a two-inch twig in splintered pieces, so the frenzy was quite understandable. And, on another front, this weekend we are to get a big snowstorm, I hear.

I like that it's not the traditional doggie portrait and their poses and expressions really seem to bring out their personalities. So glad that twig came out!!
