sun being selective by francoise

sun being selective

curious sight in am from hotel window: these odd pillars (I understand that they are symbolic of specific but unknown to me things) were illuminated one by one as the sun came up. Then the sun would get them from the top.
What an interesting landmark, I like the wires and the odd shapes on top. I wonder if the pillars were positioned in this way to gain that effect? Nice shot.

Great composition. I'm 50 miles from KC but haven't seen these! What hotel were you at?

@genealogygenie Hi -- they're on top of the convention center downtown. Just noticed that the technique challenge this week is framing http://365project.org/discuss/themes-competitions/23251/technique-challenge-29-framing so if you do the get-pushed challenge, be sure to tag is for this!
